We will now present the five simple steps to opening a safe deposit box at Swiss Gold Safe in more detail.
Step 1: Make an appointment
We would like to get to know you. In order to take out a safe deposit box at Swiss Gold Safe Ltd, your personal appearance is a must. The best thing to do is to make an appointment with our customer service consultants. You can reach us by phone, email or via our contact form. Here you will find our contact addresses either in Switzerland or in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Step 2: Appointment confirmation and meeting place address
Once a suitable date has been found, we will confirm it by email and give you the meeting place. Please understand that for security reasons we cannot publish the addresses of our secure vault facilities here. As our customer, you will – of course – receive all the relevant info.
Step 3: Visit and identity documents
So that you can conclude a rental contract with us, we will need to see a valid ID document. This could be an identity card or a passport. Please bring your ID with you to the appointment. You can also bring the items to be stored with you at this point or opt to store them later.
Step 4: Lease and key handover
After you have chosen a suitable safe deposit box, we will conclude a rental contract with you which you will have to sign. We will then give you the keys.
Step 5: Utilising the box
You can use your box immediately and put your valuables inside without further delay. You will be left alone in the vault and only you will have knowledge of the contents of your safe deposit box, items that always remain your property.
