Step 1: The consultation

During an initial telephone or email consultation, we will answer all your questions and help you clarify your storage needs. Based on these identified requirements, our specialist advisors will introduce you to our various storage options, explain our insurance cover, and describe the respective benefits and advantages of each type of deposit solution.

Step 2: Choosing the right product

You can then choose between the different types of storage designed to protect your assets. Your product selection will, of course, depend upon the scope of the storage arrangements you require as well as the kind of assets and securities you wish to store.

You have a choice between:

  • allocated & segregated storage (incl. duty-free options),
  • a safe deposit box in Switzerland, or
  • a safe deposit box in Liechtenstein.

Step 3: Visit us and sign your contract

You can arrange to visit us on site to sign your contract. We will then prepare all the necessary documents for this so everything is ready in advance of your appointment. We only need an identification document from you. A personal copy of your contract will be given to you, plus all the available keys if you choose to open a safe deposit box.

Step 4: Arrange to store your valuables

You can then begin the process of storing your precious metals, items of jewellery, cash reserves, documents and any other assets and valuables without any further delay – and we will be very happy to help you with all transfer matters.
